Goodmorning! Goodmorning!
“Sunrise is the instant at which the upper edge of the sun appears above the horizon in the east.” (Courtesy of Wikiepedia.com)
Every single morning, you and I may sit in the dark quiet wherever we are in the world, and watch this instant at which light breaks night.

It is easy to feel seperated from the world; alone in a swam of hustle bustle or an outcast in the overwhelmingly quiet moments. However, there are many, many opportunitites to reconnect. Every morning, the run rises for everyone, everything, everywhere.
When I lived in Florida it was magical watching the sunrise over the ocean. Orange and pinks move blue into motion, seperating the sky from the water. A very different experience is watching the sunrise atop a hill in Tennessee, where I currently reside. Light breaksthrough trees and buildings, and almost feels as it were climbing to meet me.
What does a sunrise look like or feel like from where you are standing?
Set your alarm early one day this month. Wake up in the dark, bring your thermos with coffee or tea to your favorite outside spot, sit and breathe in the morning sunrise. Reconnect.
